The Prime Minister stated that it is necessary to establish a Steering Committee headed by the Prime Minister to direct the implementation of all three contents nationwide: Housing support for people with meritorious services; housing support for people according to national target programs; and eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that the whole country should join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses using all resources and new methods. The goal is to complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide by December 31, 2025 at the latest.
