On September 11, at the 1st Congress of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the Presidium, Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Minh, Deputy Secretary of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, approved Decision No. 2319 of the Politburo on appointment to join the Executive Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 68 people, the Standing Committee consists of 17 people.

Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, was appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Bui Thi Quynh Van (born 1974, from Quang Ngai province), has a Master's degree in literary theory and a Senior degree in political theory.
The female Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee has held the positions of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Youth Union, Secretary of the Tu Nghia District Party Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Commission of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Ly Son District Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Quang Ngai Provincial People's Council, and Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee (formerly).
In August 2020, the Politburo approved Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Quang Ngai province, to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.
In October 2020, at the Congress of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van was re-elected as Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee.
