Bac Ninh: Implementing public service tasks

Specifically, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units, and localities to continue implementing public service tasks in 2025 according to the approved plan, ensuring progress, efficiency, and compliance with legal regulations.

Ensure the management of tasks, operations, maintenance and repair of public utility items.

From 2026 onwards, for public service tasks in the field of drainage and urban wastewater treatment, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee will assign the focal unit to directly implement, ensuring unity, synchronization, and convenience in management and operation for each locality. Specifically, the South Cau River area will be assigned to the Bac Ninh Province Civil and Urban Development Project Management Board No. 2; the North Cau River area will be assigned to the Department of Construction as the focal unit to directly implement.

For the fields of environment, lighting, and trees, the People's Committees of communes and wards are assigned to directly organize implementation. The Provincial People's Committee assigns the budget estimate in the budget balance of each locality, linked with the responsibility of managing, operating, maintaining and repairing public utility items in the area. Continue to enhance the initiative of localities in implementation, taking responsibility for the quality and efficiency of providing public services.

For other public services such as irrigation, public passenger transport... continue to be implemented according to the ordering method, ensuring publicity, transparency, and compliance with legal regulations.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, agencies and units to advise, guide, monitor, synthesize the implementation situation, and promptly report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to consider and direct according to its authority.

The departments and branches: Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Project Management Board and People's Committees of communes and wards, based on their assigned functions and tasks, proactively develop plans and arrange resources to organize implementation, ensuring efficiency, savings and on schedule as planned.
