V.League 2023/2024 kicks off on October 20. This season marks a transition for Vietnamese football to synchronize its organization time with Asian and world tournaments. The tournament returns to the round-robin format with 2 full rounds of 26 matches.
In the 2023/2024 season, VPF aims to apply VAR in all matches in each round, as soon as there are 4 VAR cars. To apply VAR in all stadiums, VPF has coordinated with the VAR equipment supplier to inspect and measure all stadiums of clubs competing in the National Championship. All of those parameters have been uploaded to the FIFA system for processing.
