In the 27 majors recruited in the first round, majors such as dentistry, medicine, automotive engineering technology, tourism and travel service management, and Chinese language have met their quotas. Currently, the school continues to recruit in the second round for the remaining majors. Accordingly, the admission score is based on Announcement No. 241/TB-KDCN Announcement of Admission Scores to Regular Universities in 2025 dated August 22, 2025. Candidates submit applications in 2 ways:

Method 1: Register for admission online at https://hosotuyensinh.kdcn.edu.vn

Method 2: Submit application directly to the school or send application by post to the school.

The application documents include: Application form: register online and follow the form on the website https://tuyensinh.hubt.edu.vn (no need to register online); ID card or CCCD (notarized photocopies); + Certificate of high school exam results (notarized photocopies); Transcripts (full 3 years of grades 10, 11, 12) (notarized photocopies); Temporary graduation certificate (notarized photocopies) for candidates graduating in 2025.

For candidates graduating from 2024 or earlier, submit a notarized copy of the High School Diploma. Certificate of results of the competency assessment/thinking assessment (notarized copy - if available).
