Ensuring the best power supply during National Day September 2

The 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd this year is a significant historical, political and social event. Therefore, Dak Lak Power Company has determined that there must be absolutely no subjectivity or mistakes in the implementation of the work.

The electricity industry shall not carry out any work that requires stopping or reducing power supply, causing power outages to customers during the 2025 National Day holiday (from 00:00 on August 30, 2025 to 24:00 on September 2, 2025), except in cases of incident handling.

The Company has also assigned leaders of regional power management teams to preside over working with local People's Committees to grasp the time and location of political , cultural and artistic events and activities to coordinate to ensure stable power supply; strengthen inspection and timely handling of defects in power source equipment and power grids, proactively clear corridors to ensure safety of power lines to prevent the risk of incidents; strengthen operational discipline, protect security, labor safety, prevent fire and explosion, and traffic safety during the holidays; coordinate with local authorities, police and army to review, develop and deploy plans to protect security, order, safety, and prevent fire and explosion for power projects, power grid operation locations, agency headquarters and warehouses.

The electricity sector also prepares adequate supplies, spare equipment, fuel, communication systems and means of transport to ensure timely handling when incidents occur. At the same time, ensure smooth communication between the operating shift department, on-duty leaders of the units and the Company's Control Department.

Dak Lak Electricity Company also requires the dispatching department to forecast the load, calculate methods and plan to cut down medium and low voltage capacitor banks for each power management team to prevent high voltage and monitor the operation of the power system to promptly detect and handle cases of full load, overloaded lines and transformer stations.
