In Thanh Sen ward and some neighboring areas, Ha Tinh Electricity is striving to restore power by noon today to serve the people, especially for the upcoming 20th Provincial Party Congress.

It is expected that this afternoon, the units will approach the area, making efforts with the Ha Tinh electricity industry to restore the power grid as soon as possible.

Immediately after the incident occurred, the operating management units urgently mobilized forces and equipment to focus on handling the incident.
