Printing and shipping exam papers

According to the directive document of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, the printing and copying of exam papers must be carried out in accordance with the exam regulations (organizing 3 independent rounds), and each round must have enough members as prescribed.

The members in round 1 are responsible for printing the complete and accurate copies of the exam papers according to the number of candidates in the exam room at each exam site. After printing, the exam papers are packaged, labeled, sealed, and then put into a container that is locked and sealed again.

After the exam papers are carefully packaged and sealed, they will be handed over to the exam printing committee for safekeeping before being handed over to the exam transport and delivery committee to 28 official exam locations. The exam handover delegations have the participation of the Department of Education and Training Inspectorate, the Examination Council Secretariat, and officers from the Internal Political Security Department (PA03) of Binh Duong Provincial Police for protection.
