According to Huy Khanh, their relationship is still normal. Recently, Mac Anh Thu took her daughter to study abroad in Finland. Due to the time zone difference, he and his wife had to arrange time to talk and contact each other.

"My daughter is only in 6th grade, still too young to take care of herself, so my wife has to stay and take care of her. When she is stable, my wife will return to Vietnam. We will visit each summer. I often talk to my wife and daughter late at night," said the actor.
Huy Khanh said he often talks to his wife about film projects. In The Heiress 2, the actor has many hot scenes with his female co-stars. However, Mac Anh Thu understands and sympathizes with her husband's work.
"Up until now, my wife has often given me feedback on whether this role is good or not, whether the content is interesting or not. She absolutely does not interfere with who I act with, whether there are hot scenes or not," Huy Khanh said.
