During this period, the Provincial Women's Union focused on organizing the implementation of the Resolutions of the Women's Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 13th National Women's Congress.

The conference commended and honored 80 outstanding ethnic minority and religious women members and 50 district-level union officials who have made many efforts to rise up and actively contributed to the development of the women's movement and the provincial Women's Union.
