Strictly maintain the on-duty regime, proactively monitor and grasp the situation of storms and heavy rains; check, supplement and adjust plans and strategies; deploy prevention and control measures to ensure the safety of barracks. Prepare forces and means to respond promptly and effectively when situations arise. Absolutely ensure the safety of people and vehicles when performing tasks.

The Military Command of Hoang Tien commune proactively advised the local Party Committee and authorities to inspect and review key areas at risk of flash floods, riverbank landslides, and low-lying areas. Supported people in securing and shoring up houses, and evacuating people from dangerous areas. Conducted inspections and ensured the safety of barracks, warehouses, stations, and military activities. Checked the technical coefficients and safety status of ships, boats, motorbikes, rescue equipment, and vehicles. Continued to promptly notify owners of vehicles and captains of ships and boats operating at sea of ​​the location and direction of the storm to find safe shelter.
