Ministry of Science and Technology inspects innovation and digital transformation activities in Tuyen Quang

On July 17, the working delegation of the Ministry of Science and Technology, led by Mr. Ho Duc Thang, Deputy Director of the National Digital Transformation Department, Ministry of Science and Technology, worked with the Department of Science and Technology and the Provincial Public Administration Service Center on the implementation of assigned tasks in Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW dated June 19, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation and the directions of the Government and Prime Minister in Resolutions, Official Dispatches, and concluding notices.

The working group inspected the operation of public administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center of Tuyen Quang province.

Working with the delegation were comrade Pham Ninh Thai, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Science and Technology; leaders of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

According to the report of the Public Administration Service Center, as of 2:00 p.m. on July 16, 2025, 2,013/2,081 online public services have been provided on the National Public Service Portal, reaching 96.73%; providing electronic results reached 62.80%; reusing digitized information and data reached 0.47%.

The inspection team inspected the operation of the Public Administration Service Center in An Tuong Ward.

From July 1, 2025 (after merging Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces) to July 16, a total of 7,034 applications were received, of which 6,498 were received online; 521 applications were received directly.

Previously, the inspection team inspected the operations of the province's public administrative service centers and An Tuong wards and Thai Hoa commune.

At the working session, the inspection team pointed out difficulties, obstacles, shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of assigned tasks according to Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW.

The working group members also asked the units to clarify a number of tasks and solutions regarding the construction, operation and use of information systems, national databases, and online public services; the popularization of digital skills, the development of digital services to serve people's lives, and the assurance of information security and privacy in the digital environment.

Along with that, share valuable experiences, good practices in the implementation process and propose and recommend solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles, improving implementation efficiency in the coming time.
