On the afternoon of September 29, at the Provincial Conference Center, the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Attending the conference were comrades: Nong Thi Bich Hue, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; comrades Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; comrades Standing Committee members, members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee. The conference was connected online from the Provincial Conference Center to 18 connecting points with more than 1,700 delegates attending, including secretaries, deputy secretaries, and inspection committees of branches and party committees under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.

Speaking at the Conference, comrade Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 was a great success. This is a democratic congress, with special significance when Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang merged, implementing the 2-level local government model , opening up new development space, demonstrating the determination to build a confident, self-reliant, and aspiring Tuyen Quang .

Therefore, the Conference to study, grasp and implement the Resolution of the Congress is very important, helping the delegates to grasp and fully absorb the Resolution of the Congress with 18 targets, 3 key tasks and 3 breakthroughs. This is an important first step, creating a solid premise for the successful implementation of goals and tasks, creating unity in perception and action throughout the Party, promoting a sense of responsibility and high political determination to quickly bring the Resolution into life, becoming a driving force for the overall development of the province.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc believes and hopes that the Party Committees and Party Cells under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee will soon concretize the general goals and directions into programs and plans with clear targets for each sector and each field. Each cadre and Party member, especially leaders and managers, must be a pioneer in studying, grasping and exemplary in implementing the Resolution.

The implementation of the Resolution cannot stop at the Party Committee level, but must be thoroughly disseminated to each Party cell and each Party member, creating a vibrant, widespread and highly pervasive movement of action throughout the Party.

These contents were carefully, thoroughly and fully prepared, helping the delegates attending the Conference to grasp the targets, key tasks and breakthroughs and the core contents, viewpoints, goals, tasks and main solutions set forth by the 1st Provincial Party Congress.
