* In Tra My commune, the Party Committees of Quang Phu and Hoi An Dong wards and Tra My commune held a signing ceremony for a twinning program to support comprehensive development between localities.
The twinning program between localities aims to concretize Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU dated July 29, 2025 of the City Party Committee on the policy of twinning between wards and communes in the city to support each other in comprehensive development and best serve, improving the quality of people's lives.
Through twinning activities, localities pledge to strengthen solidarity, exchange and share experiences in the fields of Party building, socio-economic development, and national security and defense. On the afternoon of September 5, at Thuong Duc commune, a signing ceremony took place between the Thuong Duc Commune Party Committee and the A Vuong Commune Party Committee.
