Nhon Trach Bridge inaugurated on National Day September 2, a symbol connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai

On August 19, Nhon Trach Bridge was officially inaugurated, creating a connecting axis between Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai, welcoming new traffic flows, bustling in the atmosphere celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Nhon Trach Bridge - an important part of the Ring Road 3 project will be inaugurated on August 19, 2025, and officially put into operation from 7:00 a.m. on August 20, 2025.

According to the updated report of My Thuan Project Management Board ( Ministry of Construction ), the entire construction volume of Component Project 1A of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, including Nhon Trach Bridge and access road, has completed 99% of the construction volume.

Nhon Trach Bridge is 2.6 km long. The project has a total investment of VND 6,955 billion (land clearance accounts for VND 2,250 billion) using ODA loans from the Korean Government through the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) and counterpart funds from the Vietnamese Government.

Present at the construction site, reporters from Electronic Investment Newspaper - Baodautu.vn (a publication of the Finance - Investment Newspaper) recorded images of workers completing the remaining 1% of the work.

The line painting work was also quickly completed.

The sign and direction system has also been completed.

The branches connecting to Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh Expressway are also completed.

Opening more regional traffic connections, especially when Long Thanh airport comes into operation in early 2026.
