On the morning of August 17, the Provincial People's Committee organized a dialogue between the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the contractor of Thang Loi Coffee Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Thang Loi Company) to listen to feedback; consider and orient to resolve recommendations and proposals of related parties, creating consensus among the contractor in implementing policies and guidelines for socio -economic development in the locality in the coming time.
Attending the dialogue on the Central side were representatives of the Government Inspectorate and the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
On the side of Dak Lak province, there were Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi; Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Phu Hung; Deputy Head of the specialized delegation, in charge of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Le Thi Thanh Xuan; leaders of relevant departments, branches, localities and representatives of contracted households.

At the dialogue, the representative of the contractor raised opinions and recommendations on a number of issues, such as: proposing to hand over the entire area of 616.4 hectares of land associated with Thang Loi Company to the local management to consider granting Land Use Rights Certificates to the people; proposing to recognize the capital contribution of 49% of the value of the contractor's garden as shares and to recognize the contractor as a shareholder; considering the wish of the contractor's employees to buy back 51% of the value of the company's garden according to the appraisal price listed on the stock auction floor; proposing to consider inspecting the entire equitization process of Thang Loi Company...

After listening to the opinions and recommendations of the contracted households, representatives of the leadership of Thang Loi Company and related departments and branches responded specifically to each recommendation; clearly analyzed the legal regulations related to land, contracted contracts and the arrangement and innovation of agricultural and forestry companies.

Concluding the dialogue program, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Ngoc Nghi shared the difficulties in production and life of workers and contracted households at Thang Loi Company at present. At the same time, he acknowledged and accepted the recommendations of workers and contracted households.
