As one of the bright spots of the Quang Ninh education sector, Hon Gai High School (Ha Long Ward) has become a model for many years in building school culture associated with improving the quality of comprehensive education. The school always focuses on building a team of teachers with solid professional qualifications, dedicated to the profession, considering each teacher as an exemplary model of ethics, lifestyle and working style.

Extracurricular activities and experiences related to traditional education, history, and local culture such as learning about Ha Long Bay, Bach Dang stake field... are organized regularly to educate students about love of homeland and civic awareness.

Building school culture is becoming one of the key tasks of the Quang Ninh education sector. With many creative and practical methods, schools in the province have been creating a positive, safe and friendly pedagogical environment, where each student is comprehensively developed in both knowledge and personality.

Accordingly, all educational institutions in the province have developed a Code of Conduct in schools suitable for each grade, level and actual conditions in the localities; and have propagated, disseminated and studied issues related to behavioral culture, cultural environment in families, schools and communities.

To build a school traffic culture, we include the Road Traffic Law education lesson in regular school hours. During the lesson, teachers present specific and detailed traffic safety regulations and illustrate them with vivid images.

In highland schools, the work of awakening passion and pride in the beauty of traditional culture is also being focused on.
