Having started her business with only 384,000 VND, Nguyen Mai Thao Tram (23 years old), residing in Quang Nam province, has now become the co-founder and manager of SENDA Academy, a place that helps children develop emotional intelligence, life skills and attitudes.
Not only beautiful and talented, Thao Tram also has the ambition to create many values for the young generation of her hometown Quang. Since high school, Thao Tram has had a series of admirable achievements. Champion of the 2021 national Say to Success competition; Champion of the 2018 national Bay competition; Top 6 National Super Leader 2021; Best individual of the Inside Out presentation competition... Especially, Thao Tram's story of losing 15kg in 2 months has inspired many young people. Currently, this Gen Z girl is pursuing a liberal education model. After a long time of incubation, in March 2023, SENDA Academy was born to develop emotional intelligence, skills and attitudes for students from 5 to 17 years old through the liberal education model.

Thao Tram shared: “I always wanted to be able to return to teach children in my hometown. Through this liberal education model, I hope to contribute to the development of the young generation, helping them to position themselves. I think that if you want to do something to help your hometown become rich, you cannot separate it from the human factor. The core of human development is education, so SENDA Academy was born.” The young girl believes that as long as you do everything with kindness and dedication, you will definitely reap sweet results. “In the education business, money is only a consequence after doing a good job of education first,” Thao Tram said. Despite having achieved many successes, Thao Tram is still extremely modest. “I still feel very small, the successes I have achieved are just milestones to remember, not great achievements. I do not require myself to become someone too great, but just try my best to do what I have set out to do. And what makes me most proud right now is the story of my constant efforts. And I always want to create something for the community,” Thao Tram shared. Recently, Thao Tram’s SENDA Academy was the only model from Vietnam to make it to the final round of the Enterprise Challenge in the UK. This is the largest business competition at Greenwich University (UK), aiming to support, train and invest in students with creative business startup ideas.
