There is a phenomenon of renting seats to watch parade rehearsals for 100,000 VND/seat.

Although the rehearsal of the parade and march for the 80th National Day celebration (A80) at Ba Dinh Square (Hanoi) will not take place until 8:00 p.m. today, August 27, early in the morning, according to reporters, some main roads around Ba Dinh Square were already crowded with people and vehicles.

Streets such as Ton Duc Thang, Nguyen Thai Hoc, Kim Ma, Trinh Hoai Duc, Hang Chao, Chu Van An... were packed with people standing in the rain, lining up to "reserve a spot".

Faced with this situation, the traffic police have restricted traffic from the Ton Duc Thang - Cat Linh intersection, prohibiting vehicles from entering Trinh Hoai Duc and Hang Chao streets, along with several other routes in the area.

Meanwhile, at the intersection of Hang Chao - Nguyen Thai Hoc and Hung Vuong streets, despite the heavy rain, a large number of people gathered to wait until the evening to watch the parade rehearsal. Notably, in this area, some people have appeared to rent out chairs for viewing at prices ranging from 50,000-100,000 VND/chair/person (depending on the height of the chair). Along with that, some spontaneous parking spots have also been formed here, with motorbike parking fees ranging from 20,000-50,000 VND/vehicle.

However, besides some people who take advantage of the parade to do business and make a profit, some residents are willing to provide free parking and even organize free distribution of bread and bottled water to serve people who come to watch the parade rehearsal.
