LeaderTalks' operating license also makes many students skeptical because although it is registered in Hiep Thanh Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, according to actual research, this is just a private house and the homeowner does not know that LeaderTalks or An Ca Joint Stock Company is the management unit of this center.
Mr. Ho Tan Minh, Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, also confirmed that LeaderTalks has not been licensed to operate in Ho Chi Minh City.

After being criticized for the quality of teaching, many students said that LeaderTalks did not take any action but continued to vigorously enroll new students and showed signs of establishing another brand to continue doing business. In the "English Mastery" course, each student will be given an account to log into LeaderTalks' private system to receive a link to the daily Zoom class, access learning materials and submit assignments.

From a broader perspective, the Truc Vu account pointed out the reality that there are many English centers opening everywhere with "winged" advertisements and commitments, "but have been exposed a lot". "Each course is not cheap and there are many students registering so the total amount of money is very large. Hopefully the authorities will increase inspection and rectify it, not let the centers deceive students like that", this person expressed his opinion.
After reporting the shortcomings in training quality to the center's leadership, many LeaderTalks students reported that they and their family members were blocked and threatened by strangers, and even assaulted with iron bars.
