Bac Ha District Police summoned 2 subjects for posting false information

Through verification, the two citizens above are GSS and GSV, both born in 1995, residing in Ta Van Chu commune.

Previously, through the work of grasping the situation, Bac Ha District Police discovered that S. and V. had posted and commented on some false information, which was offensive and defamatory of agencies and organizations in Bac Ha District.

S. and V. wrote a commitment not to re-offend.

At the authorities, after being informed and explained, S. and V. realized their mistakes and corrected the information on their personal pages.

Considering that the number of interactions was low, the impact on public opinion was not large, the behavior was spontaneous, the subjects honestly confessed, were aware of the consequences, proactively removed the post, and made corrections, the Bac Ha District Police reminded, warned, and asked them to write a commitment not to repeat the offense. At the same time, they directed the police of communes and towns to review and verify social network accounts that commented on content with false information related to the posts of the two cases above to fight and clarify.
