Previously, on June 27, the Police Department of Administrative Management of Social Order came to the house to collect the identity documents of Mr. Le Phuong Vu (69 years old), residing on Ngo Gia Tu Street, Rach Gia City (now Rach Gia Ward ), due to illness and unable to move.
