Initial information, when this man was preparing for the wedding, he heard his niece named P., a 9th grade student, call to report that she was beaten by female student D. Therefore, the man went and repeatedly slapped female student D. in the face and head in the field near the An Thuong Commune Health Station (Hai Duong City).
It is known that the 7th grader who was beaten and the 9th grader were studying at the same An Thuong Secondary School. At the time of the assault, D. could only stand still and did not fight back. Some other students who tried to intervene were threatened by the man and had to back away.
Many people, outraged by the man's assault on a 7th grade female student, gathered at the An Thuong Commune Police Department.
After receiving the information, the leaders of An Thuong Secondary School invited students and parents from both sides to verify and reported the incident to An Thuong Commune Police.
Realizing his behavior was wrong, this man went to female student D's house to apologize.
