On the morning of April 5, at the headquarters of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Court, the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Van Du, member of the Party Committee, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court ; Nguyen Ngoc Tien, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and leaders of internal affairs agencies of Thanh Hoa province.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Personnel Organization announced the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court to appoint comrade Ngo Thi Ha to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Thanh Hoa province. The appointment period is 5 years, starting from April 1, 2024.

The leaders of the Supreme People's Court's Organization and Personnel Department announced the decision to appoint Deputy Chief Justice of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Court.

Comrade Ngo Thi Ha, born in 1973, is from Hoang Duc commune (Hoang Hoa). Before being appointed Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court, she was an intermediate judge, holding the position of Chief Justice of Sam Son City People's Court.

Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Du presented flowers to congratulate the new Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Thanh Hoa province, Ngo Thi Ha.

In his speech assigning tasks, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Du affirmed that Comrade Ngo Thi Ha is a cadre with sufficient qualities, capacity, qualifications, prestige, and is trusted by the collective; the appointment process is strict, objective, and in accordance with regulations.

He emphasized that Comrade Ngo Thi Ha was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Thanh Hoa province as a result of the trust of the Party Committee, the leadership of the Supreme People's Court, and the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee in assigning her a new responsibility. This is a great honor, but also a very heavy responsibility for her.

Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Du delivered a speech assigning tasks to the new Deputy Chief Justice of the People's Court of Thanh Hoa province, Ngo Thi Ha.

The Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court also requested the leadership, civil servants and employees of the two-level People's Court of Thanh Hoa province to continue to maintain internal solidarity, assign work reasonably, and create all conditions to help Comrade Ngo Thi Ha successfully complete her assigned duties and tasks.

New Deputy Chief Justice of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Court Ngo Thi Ha spoke on accepting her duties.

In her acceptance speech, comrade Ngo Thi Ha pledged that in her new position, she will make more efforts, be determined with all her ability, intelligence and enthusiasm, and work with comrades in the leadership of the Provincial People's Court to strengthen solidarity, promote democracy and innovation to improve work efficiency.

Comrade Ngo Thi Ha has a Bachelor of Law and Senior Political Theory.

He was recruited as Secretary of the Provincial People's Court from November 1996; in February 2004, he was appointed as Examiner of the Provincial People's Court; in January 2009, he was transferred and appointed as Judge of the Thanh Hoa City People's Court.

In November 2018, he was appointed as an Intermediate Judge and was transferred and appointed to the position of Head of the Professional Inspection and Judgment Enforcement Department of the Provincial People's Court.

In September 2019, he was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief Justice of Sam Son City People's Court.
