Ha Tinh Trade Union organizes many activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day

Women's Unions at grassroots trade unions in Ha Tinh organized many exciting and meaningful activities to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.

Implementing the program of signing cooperation agreement between Hong Linh Town Labor Union and Hong Ha General Hospital, the Trade Union of Nam Hong Primary School, Dau Lieu Primary & Secondary School organized a periodic health check-up program for female cadres, teachers and staff of the school.

Female workers of the units received general health check-ups by doctors; specialized eye, ear - nose - throat, teeth - jaw - face examinations, ultrasound; advice on nutrition, rest, treatment...

In celebration of Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, the Trade Union of Haivina Hong Linh Company Limited organized a Singing Contest for employees and workers. The program attracted enthusiastic participation and cheering from workers of all departments. This is an opportunity for union members to express their passion for singing, enhancing communication and connection.

The Trade Union of Ha Tinh Rehabilitation Hospital (under the Trade Union of the Health Sector) created a lively atmosphere towards the holiday with a cooking contest. The contest had the participation of 10 teams from the hospital's trade union groups.

The contest is not only an opportunity for women to exchange and demonstrate their cooking skills, but also contributes to honoring the role of women in preserving traditional cultural values, connecting family members through family meals.

The Women's Union of Huong Son District Labor Federation practically celebrated October 20 with the activity of providing financial support to sponsor children of union members with especially difficult circumstances. Currently, the unit is sponsoring 5 children with support from 300,000 - 500,000 VND/child/month.

The Trade Union of Thach Kim commune (under the Labor Federation of Loc Ha district) presented 200 porridge portions and 5 gifts to patients being treated at the District General Hospital.

Ky Anh District Labor Federation coordinated with the Provincial Women's Union to organize a talk show on "Building Vietnamese women in the new era, preserving and cultivating Vietnamese family values". The talk show attracted the participation of many officials in charge of women's work in units.
