Since July 19, implementing the contents of the Provincial People's Committee's telegrams on focusing on emergency response to storm No. 3, the leaders of Song Chu One Member Co., Ltd. have directed the Branches to check the water level in the river and canals in the fields to have a plan for buffer drainage in accordance with the actual situation. Proactively check the system of works under the dike, pumping stations, drainage canal systems, measure the motors, test run the drainage pumping stations, drainage culverts to be ready to meet drainage requirements when needed. Assign 100% of the standing force, on duty 24/7.

Before the storm hit, Song Chu One Member Co., Ltd. inspected and re-evaluated the culverts under the key dikes, checked the drainage plan and flood and storm prevention materials; regularly monitored and fully grasped information on the developments of rain, storms, floods, natural disasters, promptly compiled and reported on natural disaster situations; received telegrams, directives, orders, and notices from superiors to promptly communicate to relevant organizations and individuals.

At the same time, closely coordinate with local authorities and functional agencies to regularly inform people about weather and natural disaster developments, raise their sense of responsibility in protecting natural disaster prevention works, proactively prevent and promptly avoid when natural disasters occur.
