The Drug Administration of Vietnam transferred the complaint against Chu Thanh Huyen to the market management department.

The Drug Administration has forwarded the complaint against Chu Thanh Huyen to the Hanoi Market Management Department, requesting handling according to legal regulations.

On April 17, the Drug Administration of Vietnam ( Ministry of Health ) transferred a complaint related to Chu Thanh Huyen, a social media celebrity, went to the Hanoi City Market Management Department for review and handling according to authority.

According to the petition submitted by citizen H. on March 25, Chu Thanh Huyen was accused of selling OHUI PRIME cosmetics from Korea without Vietnamese sub-labels, without issuing sales invoices and with signs of tax evasion. The sales mainly took place on personal fanpages.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam determined that this matter was not within the scope of its resolution, so it transferred the entire file to local authorities for handling according to regulations.

Last March, Chu Thanh Huyen was accused of "exaggerating" a product for children. This female KOL continuously introduced the product as milk, but in fact it was a probiotic water from Korea. The above water contains a number of vitamins, minerals, fermented lactic acid bacteria, and extracts to support growth and digestion for children.

Afterwards, Chu Thanh Huyen apologized for not clearly stating in the clip that this was a personal opinion and sharing, causing misunderstandings.
