At noon on June 21, Lam Dong General Hospital announced that early that morning, they had promptly performed surgery to save the life of a male patient who had been stabbed in the heart, was in a coma, had lost a lot of blood, and was in critical condition.

Patient Le Hoang Phuc (29 years old, from Ca Mau ), was admitted to the emergency room at 11:00 p.m. on June 20, with a stab wound on the left side of the chest, severe blood loss, pericardial effusion, causing cardiac tamponade, and critical condition.
After consultation, the doctors immediately gave Phuc a blood transfusion and performed emergency surgery. The surgical team promptly sutured the stab wound in the heart, restored the membrane, and treated the fluid in the pleural cavity. At about 1:30 a.m. on June 21, the surgery ended, and the victim was taken to the Intensive Care and Anti-Poison Department to be put on a ventilator.
At around 9am the same day, the patient showed signs of recovery and was continuing to receive intensive treatment. According to doctors, although the patient was seriously injured due to a stab wound to the heart, no relatives had yet come to take care of him.
