The Ministry of Education and Training also sent a working delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan, Vice Principal of Hue University of Education, to work and announce the Ministry's decision on inspecting the direction, organization and inspection of the 2023 High School Graduation Exam at the Da Nang Examination Council.

The working group has 85 members including officials from Hue University and Quang Nam University. The group will work with the Examination Board as well as "camp" at examination sites to conduct examination inspections from June 27 to 30.
The People's Committee of Da Nang City also established 7 inspection teams of the Steering Committee of the Da Nang City Exam, headed by the Vice Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts - deputy heads of the steering committee - and the Department's Mobile Inspection Team will conduct surprise inspections of exam sites at the beginning and end of each exam session.
The Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City said that preparations for the exam have been completed, and security and safety work has been carefully prepared.

Da Nang will mobilize 2,625 officers, teachers and staff to participate in the exam; organize training on professional skills, exam supervision techniques for officers and teachers expected to participate in exam supervision; City police will conduct inspections of data storage devices and cameras serving exam supervision and grading... The transportation of exam papers to exam locations is ensured safely by closed-box trucks with 3 routes. During the transportation process, exam papers are kept in locked, sealed metal containers.
The Department of Education and Training said that at the testing sites, there are rooms for storing candidates' belongings. The storage room is 25 meters away from the testing room. The rooms containing test papers and exam questions are all equipped with security cameras to monitor and record activities in the room 24 hours a day.
In particular, Mr. Tran Nguyen Minh Thanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City, said that the training of exam supervisors and supervisors is especially emphasized by the department on preventing cheating using high technology and violating exam regulations... During the exam regulation dissemination session for candidates, exam supervisors will remind them about this content.
