Ho Chi Minh City National University organized a capacity assessment exam for 2 exam rooms that had problems.

GD&TĐ - Ho Chi Minh City National University announced that it will organize a supplementary exam specifically for the group of candidates who had problems in the second exam in 2025.

In an announcement issued on the evening of July 2, Ho Chi Minh City National University said that organizing an additional exam for the 2025 capacity assessment exam is to ensure the rights of candidates.

During the second round of exams (June 1), some unexpected technical problems occurred in exam rooms 39 and 42, at exam site 17, exam cluster 9 (Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology), causing disruptions to the exam process of candidates.

Specifically, in exam room P.42, candidates reported that they were not allowed to do the test in the first period, affecting the test time.

The cause was determined to be that the exam supervisor misheard the bell, causing the candidates to be late in starting the test. This incident stemmed from the subjectivity and errors in the professional coordination of the exam supervisor, affecting the rights of the candidates.

In examination room P.39 of the same examination cluster, candidates reported that they were not given scratch paper, causing difficulties in the process of taking the test. The reason was that the invigilators did not fully check the equipment and materials according to the prescribed list.

The supplementary exam will take place at 1:30 p.m. on July 13 at the Ho Chi Minh City National University Urban Area, exclusively for candidates who took the exam in the two rooms above at test site No. 17, test cluster No. 9. Candidates are exempt from exam fees.

Ho Chi Minh City National University notes that when registering for the supplementary exam, the results of the second exam will be canceled and no longer valid for admission consideration.
