The 4th Congress of Thanh Hoa Business Club in Ho Chi Minh City and the South

On the afternoon of November 24, comrade Nguyen Van Thi, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the 4th Congress of the Thanh Hoa Entrepreneurs Club in Ho Chi Minh City and the South, term 2024-2029.

Currently, the Thanh Hoa Business Club in Ho Chi Minh City and the South has 236 members. In the 2019-2024 term, in the context of many difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the world economic recession, the Club has had many practical and effective activities, connecting members to cooperate, share and support each other in production and business.

In addition, the Club has proactively coordinated with Thanh Hoa province to organize investment promotion events in Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces; and actively participated in community activities. Over the past 5 years, club members have contributed about 30 billion VND to support people across the country and Thanh Hoa province affected by natural disasters and epidemics, support the poor, sponsor education promotion funds; sponsor and support the lives of hundreds of orphans during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the 2024-2025 term, the Club aims to increase the number of new members by 10% each year compared to the previous year; continue to coordinate and organize investment promotion activities, connect the business community, and promote charitable and humanitarian activities in the homeland and provinces across the country.

Speaking at the Congress, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi congratulated the achievements and results that the Thanh Hoa Business Club in Ho Chi Minh City and the South had achieved in the past term, and highly appreciated and thanked the Club for its contributions to the province's development.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed: The Party Committee and the Government of Thanh Hoa province always encourage and call on businesses, including those from Thanh Hoa, to invest and develop in their homeland. The province will always accompany and provide maximum support for businesses to develop production and business in the province.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the Club members will always maintain their bravery, strive to improve their competitiveness, strengthen their connections, proactively participate in the global value chain to continuously grow, and actively contribute to the development of the provinces and cities where the business is located and their homeland Thanh Hoa.

On this occasion, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Thi awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Hoa province to collectives and individuals of the Club who had outstanding achievements in production, business activities and social security work in the period 2019-2024.
