Highly appreciating the preparation work as well as the important results that the Party Committee, government and people of Dak Lak have achieved, Politburo member, Standing member of the 14th Party Congress Document Subcommittee Nguyen Van Nen affirmed that Dak Lak is a land rich in revolutionary tradition, with a particularly important strategic position in terms of economy , national defense and security. With the advantage of both having the stature of a vast forest and being connected to the ocean, the province has all the conditions to become an important growth pole of the whole country.

From that vision, the Standing Committee of the 14th Party Congress Document Subcommittee, Nguyen Van Nen, suggested that Dak Lak must promote the strength of solidarity, dynamism, creativity, arouse the desire to rise up, nurture pride and love for the homeland to create new momentum. Standing Committee of the 14th Party Congress Document Subcommittee, Nguyen Van Nen, emphasized: “If you have made an effort, you need to make more effort, if you are determined, you need to be even more determined; if the difficulty is doubled, you need to make three times the effort; know how to seize opportunities, make the most of time, and mobilize maximum resources to successfully complete the set goals and tasks.”

Nguyen Van Nen, Standing Member of the Party's XIV Congress Document Subcommittee, noted that Dak Lak needs to continue focusing on building a clean, strong, streamlined, and effective Party and political system; prepare and successfully organize the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. The province must further recognize the value of a heroic land rich in revolutionary traditions, while firmly maintaining solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee and political system.

Politburo member and Standing Member of the Party's XIV Congress Document Subcommittee Nguyen Van Nen also emphasized the task of promptly concretizing the Central Committee's resolutions and directives into action programs, projects and plans that are in line with reality; building Dak Lak people to develop comprehensively with an advanced culture imbued with identity; and synchronously and effectively deploying national defense and security tasks in the new situation.

Also at the working session on September 30, the Congress announced the decisions of the Politburo and Secretariat on perfecting the organization and key leadership personnel of the province.

Accordingly, the Politburo appointed 62 comrades to participate in the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; of which, the Provincial Party Standing Committee consists of 21 comrades. The Politburo decided to assign Central Party Committee member and Provincial Party Secretary for the 2020 - 2025 term Nguyen Dinh Trung to continue holding the position of Dak Lak Provincial Party Secretary for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The new Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee include: Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Y Giang Gry Nie Knong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

The Secretariat appointed Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Trung Hien to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2025-2030 term.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung, on behalf of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030, expressed his honor and pride at being entrusted with the important responsibility by the Politburo and the Secretariat. Before the Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Congress and the people, the Executive Committee affirmed that it would maintain its political mettle, be absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the People; promote the spirit of solidarity, exemplary spirit and responsibility; constantly train its qualities and capacity to lead the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Congress.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung emphasized that the Executive Committee hopes to continue receiving the attention and direction of the Central Government, the coordination and support of ministries, branches and localities, as well as the encouragement of previous generations of leaders, to join the entire political system, army and people of all ethnic groups in building Dak Lak to develop rapidly, sustainably, civilized, rich in identity, making worthy contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

In the afternoon of the same day, the Congress discussed in 7 groups, focusing on contributing many important, responsible and enthusiastic opinions to the draft documents of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term and the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
