The Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Inspectorate will be held on September 18.

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Government Inspectorate has just issued a Plan to organize the 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Inspectorate sector, scheduled to be held on September 18, 2025.

The 6th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the Inspectorate sector was held to evaluate the results of patriotic emulation movements and commendation work in the 2020-2025 period; set out directions and tasks to promote emulation movements and improve the effectiveness of commendation work in the 2026-2030 period.

At the same time, commend achievements in patriotic emulation movements and honor collectives, individuals, typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds in the Inspection sector. From there, promote the 80-year tradition of Vietnam Inspection, encourage all civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Inspection sector to strive, overcome all difficulties, and excellently complete assigned tasks.

The Congress is scheduled to be held on September 18, 2025, with the main contents such as: The emulation movement summary report needs to comprehensively and objectively assess the achieved results, difficulties and challenges in emulation and reward work in the period 2020-2025, especially in the context of restructuring the inspection agency system.

At the same time, the direction and tasks of emulation and reward work in the coming time must be consistent with the requirements and tasks of the Inspection sector to serve the strategy, orientation, goals and tasks of economic and social development, ensuring national security and defense in the 2026-2030 period.

Along with that are reports from delegates, focusing on new models, good and effective practices, and experiences in citizen reception, inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations, and preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity.

According to Deputy Inspector General of the Government Le Tien Dat, in 2025, the Government Inspectorate will launch a patriotic emulation movement with key tasks: Continuing to thoroughly grasp President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation, implementing Directive No. 34-CT/TW dated April 7, 2014 and Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo ; Directive No. 39/CT-TTg dated October 15, 2024 of the Prime Minister and Directive No. 2100/CT-TTCP dated December 2, 2020 of the Government Inspector General on launching an emulation movement to perform inspection tasks, resolve complaints and denunciations and prevent and combat corruption, contributing to the successful implementation of the 5-year socio-economic development task (2021-2025).

At the same time, promote emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister: "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas"; "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind"; "Cadres, civil servants and public employees compete to practice office culture"; "Promoting the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure; practicing thrift, fighting waste"; "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promoting lifelong learning in the period 2023-2030" and the peak emulation period "500 days and nights of emulation to complete 3,000km of expressway".

Strengthen discipline and order; enhance the responsibility of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers, especially the responsibility of heads of Inspectorates of ministries, branches, localities, departments, bureaus, and units under the Government Inspectorate.
