Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa Party Committee promotes studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle

The Party Committee of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Nam Thanh Hoa Branch ( Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa) has actively disseminated and promoted the effective implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. This has created a ripple effect on cadres, party members and employees throughout the system, contributing to building public ethics, corporate culture, and lifestyle of each cadre, party member and employee, promoting the successful completion of the unit's political and business tasks.

Agribank Thanh Hoa was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for its outstanding achievements in production and business, contributing to the socio -economic development of the province in 2024.

Implementing the direction of all levels, the Party Committee of Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa has led and directed the implementation of Conclusion 01-KL/TW, Directive 05-CT/TW in conjunction with the implementation of the unit's political tasks and the work of Party building and rectification, achieving very important results. The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has gradually become a routine, becoming an important and regular task of each Party Committee, Party organization, cadres and Party members. Through studying, following and setting an example, the sense of organization and discipline, sense of responsibility, attitude, style and working manner of cadres, Party members and workers have been raised. In the process of implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, the Party Committee of Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa has concretized the directive documents of the superiors in accordance with the functions and tasks of the Party cells and professional departments to organize practical and effective campaigns and emulation movements.

Studying the moral example of Ho Chi Minh has become a regular activity of each cadre, party member and employee of Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa. Customers coming to the bank not only use convenient and suitable products and services but also receive dedicated and enthusiastic guidance on related procedures from cadres and employees. Credit officers always enthusiastically advise customers to use loans effectively. Warehouse staff and cashiers strictly follow ethical standards according to the Agribank cultural handbook and the code of conduct of the Vietnam Banking Association, always maintain a clean and honest character, and return excess money to customers. Marketing staff and transaction officers always strive to bring customers the best new experiences when using banking services and help customers avoid many scams in cyberspace. Specifically, in 2024, officers and employees of Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa discovered and helped customers avoid many cyber scams with amounts up to billions of dong.

As a currency trading unit, in order for the unit's business activities to continue to grow, be safe and effective, on the basis of the directives and guidelines of the Central and local governments, the Party Committee of Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa has directed the strengthening of capital mobilization and lending to economic sectors on the basis of strictly complying with professional regulations, ensuring credit quality, supporting and removing difficulties for customers. The bank has focused on prioritizing investment capital for agriculture, farmers and rural areas, effectively applying credit policies to support customers. As of October 20, the total outstanding credit for economic development investment in the area reached more than 17,920 billion VND; of which loans for agricultural and rural development accounted for 78% of the total outstanding debt.

Studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh, cadres, party members and employees of Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa have also shown their solidarity, mutual love and always shared and supported those in difficult lives. From the contributions of cadres, employees and social security funds, from 2020 to present, Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa has sponsored and supported social security programs in the area with a total amount of nearly 15 billion VND, focusing mainly on areas such as education, health, supporting the poor, giving Tet gifts to policy families, building charity houses... These are practical activities that demonstrate the concern and sense of responsibility of cadres, employees and workers of the branch towards the community, joining hands with authorities at all levels to do a good job of social security, contributing to reducing the rate of poor households, helping people have a prosperous and happy life.

With the efforts and determination of each cadre and party member, Agribank Nam Thanh Hoa has always completed all assigned business targets. For many consecutive years, the unit has been awarded Certificates of Merit by the State Bank of Vietnam, Agribank Vietnam and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Most recently, at the Ceremony to honor outstanding enterprises and entrepreneurs of Thanh Hoa province in 2024, Agribank Thanh Hoa was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for its outstanding achievements in production and business, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province in 2024; received the emulation flag of the Provincial People's Committee for its outstanding achievements in leading the patriotic emulation movement in 2023.
