Ninh Lai Commune Party Committee held a congress of the Party cell model.

Ninh Lai Primary School Party Cell has 21 party members. In the 2022 - 2025 term, the Party Cell has completed and exceeded its targets. In the 2025 - 2027 term, the Party Cell has set out 6 key tasks. At the Congress, party members focused on discussing and contributing many additional ideas to the Party Cell's report, draft documents of the higher-level Congress, and presented papers proposing solutions for the new term.

The Congress elected the Party Cell Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2027 term, consisting of 5 comrades; directly elected the Party Cell Secretary and Deputy Secretary at the Congress; elected the delegation to attend the Ninh Lai Commune Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Comrade Mai Duc Thong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association presented flowers to congratulate the Congress.

Immediately after the congress, the Ninh Lai Commune Party Committee held a meeting to review experiences and direct the congresses of the remaining Party cells.
