The project implementation location is within the current land area of ​​Hai Duong Province Drug Rehabilitation Center in Cau Dong residential area, Cong Hoa ward (Chi Linh).

Notably, there are 2 new items being built, including a drug rehabilitation area for people with group A and group B infectious diseases, with a scale of 1 floor and a construction area of ​​about 2,260 ^m2 , and a drug rehabilitation area for people who cause disorder and violate rules and regulations, with a scale of 1 floor and a construction area of ​​about 258 ^m2 , surrounded by a fence.
