Speeding up the construction progress of the Northern Mountainous Region General Hospital project in Quang Nam

The Department of Infectious Diseases - Tuberculosis (5 floors, construction area of ^{​​935.8m2} and total floor area of ^{​​4,899m2} ), mortuary (1 floor, construction area of ^​​73.8m2 ), connecting house, auxiliary items and equipment of the Project to invest in the construction of the Northern Mountainous Region General Hospital of Quang Nam started on October 20, 2023, expected to be completed after 450 days with a construction value of more than 41 billion VND.

The project is invested by the Department of Health ; the construction contractor includes a consortium of Saiko Construction and Trading Company Limited, Huy Nhu Company Limited and HTG Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Prevention and Fighting Company Limited.

Up to now, the Department of Infectious Diseases - Tuberculosis has completed the foundation, poured concrete floors for floors and roof floors, built walls for floors 1, 2, 3; the main house has completed pouring concrete floors, plastering walls, waterproofing. The connecting corridor has completed the foundation stage, poured concrete floors for roof floors for more than 40m in 112m length.

Mr. Pham Thanh Tung - Director of Saiko Construction and Trading Company Limited said that up to now, the construction volume of the rough parts of the items is more than 85%; the joint venture contractor is focusing on speeding up the construction progress. If the investor ensures the capital, the project will be completed and handed over on September 2 this year, 4 months ahead of the contract.
