Proposal to add Dong Tien Company land and Dau Company land to Dong Nai's 2025 auction list

(DN) - According to the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center has proposed to add the recovered land of Dong Tien Joint Stock Company, Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Petroleum Company, Tran Bien Ward (Oil Company land) to the list of land plots for auction of land use rights in 2025.

Previously, according to Plan No. 79/KH-UBND dated March 5, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on land use rights auction in 2025, these two land plots were in Appendix III - land plots striving to handle existing issues to organize land use rights auctions in 2025 and the following years.

According to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the unit has also proposed to adjust the list of land plots that will be auctioned for land use rights according to Plan No. 79. In addition to the above 2 land plots, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center also proposed to add 7 new land plots to the list of land plots that will be auctioned for land use rights in 2025.

On the other hand, in order to focus human resources on preparing dossiers for auctioning land use rights for other advantageous land plots, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center has proposed that the Provincial People's Committee remove from the list of land use rights auctions in 2025 3 land plots, including 2 land plots in Tan Hanh Ceramic Industrial Cluster and 1 Hoa An stone quarry land plot.

For the 2 land plots in Tan Hanh Ceramic Industrial Cluster, Bien Hoa Ward, the province has posted information on auction twice but no one participated. Meanwhile, the Hoa An stone quarry land plot, Bien Hoa Ward has not yet completed the review, adjustment and updating of the land database (the land plot has been recovered by the Provincial People's Committee and handed over to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management but the land data still shows the issuance of land use right certificates to households and individuals).

Currently, after the merger of Dong Nai province (old) and Binh Phuoc province (old) into the new Dong Nai province, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center is rebuilding the work critical path, determining the responsibilities of each stage and step to effectively implement the auction of land use rights for land plots in 2025, contributing to increasing the provincial budget revenue.
