Dr. Nguyen Cao Quy, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology - Tam Tri Da Nang General Hospital said that in this case, the tumor was too large, occupying the entire abdomen from the lower abdomen up to the two ribs like a full-term pregnancy, so the doctors consulted and decided to perform open surgery to remove the entire uterus, leaving two adnexa.
