Hanoi University of Science and Technology has announced the minimum admission score for 2023 for candidates using the admission method based on high school graduation exam scores.

Accordingly, the threshold score for receiving application documents is 20.0 (on a 30-point scale). Candidates with a total score of 3 subjects in the admission group (excluding the main subject) greater than or equal to 20.0 can submit application documents.

However, Hanoi University of Science and Technology also forecasts the benchmark scores for candidates to know clearly. According to the forecast, the training program with the highest benchmark score belongs to the field of Information Technology with majors in Computer Science (IT1), Computer Engineering (IT2) and Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IT-E10).

The announcement also said that the predicted benchmark score based on high school graduation results includes priority scores (regional and subject scores).

In addition, Hanoi University of Science and Technology also informs that candidates registering for the Advanced Program taught in English by the admission method based on high school graduation exam scores and Thinking Assessment test scores must meet the threshold to ensure English quality from B1 or higher with VSTEP certificate;

Or 5.0 or higher with IELTS certificate; or 6.5 or higher with English test score in high school graduation exam in 2023.

Candidates with admission scores within the predicted standard score range can confidently register for the School's corresponding training programs.

The predicted benchmark scores are for reference only and support candidates in the registration process.

With an unlimited number of wishes, candidates should base on the predicted standard score and range and last year's standard score to register "smartly", boldly rank their favorite wishes because the order of wishes does not affect the passing results of the wishes below.

This year, the Ministry of Education and Training has adjusted the application form to facilitate candidates and avoid mistakes and omissions. Candidates only need to register for the School (University Code: BKA) and the Training Program (according to the program's application code).

The admission system will be based on the score data that candidates have to consider admission with the most optimal goal for candidates.
