Huong Khe Electricity temporarily stops supplying electricity to 5 communes due to the impact of floods and rains.

2,856 households in 5 communes: Huong Lien, Huong Lam, Ha Linh, Dien My and Huong Thuy in Huong Khe district ( Ha Tinh ) will have their electricity supply temporarily cut off due to the impact of floods.

Heavy rain caused landslides and flooding in many places. Huong Khe Electricity Company cut off power to two power lines to ensure safety.

According to records, in Huong Khe district, there is heavy rain, deep flooding, causing local isolation and landslides in some localities. To ensure the safety of people and equipment on the power grid system, the specialized sector has temporarily stopped supplying electricity to 1,048 households in Huong Lien and Huong Lam communes (supplied from line 971 E18.8).

At the same time, on line 373 E18.8, Huong Khe Electricity also cut off power to 1,808 households in Ha Linh, Dien My and Huong Thuy communes.

It is known that the areas where power supply is temporarily cut off are areas with high floodwaters or landslides, which pose a risk to the safety of low-voltage and medium-voltage lines.

Huong Khe Power workers reinforce the foundation of Khe Tho transformer station (Ha Linh commune) to prevent landslides.

Rainfall in many communes of Huong Khe district is still relatively heavy, causing flooding, local isolation and landslides in some areas. The electricity sector continues to mobilize officers and workers to stay on the scene, closely monitor each power line and transformer station and cut off power to areas with high risk of incidents to ensure electrical safety for people and equipment on the grid.

The specialized industry will restore power when safety conditions are ensured.
