Adjusting the development investment capital plan to implement Program 1719

The Provincial People's Council has just issued Resolution No. 26/NQ-HDND on adjusting the structure of assigned capital sources for the 5-year plan (2021 - 2025) to implement a number of projects under the National Target Program on Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas (referred to as Program 1719).

Accordingly, the capital structure assigned to the 5-year plan (2021-2025) for each locality to implement Project 1 will be adjusted to comply with the norms prescribed in Decision No. 04/2023/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the support level and support mechanism for using public investment capital to implement a number of contents of Project 1 and Sub-project 1, Project 4 of Program 1719 for the period 2021 - 2030, phase I: from 2021 - 2025.

The detailed allocation of the development investment capital plan (the capital allocated later) is 104.9 billion VND to implement Project 2 under Program 1719, 5-year period (2021 - 2025).

Specifically: Allocating nearly 75.8 billion VND to implement 2 residential stabilization projects in Ea Hiu and Ea Yieng communes (Krong Pac district); later allocating over 29.1 billion VND.

Agree to update the list of investment projects from the state budget for the 5-year period (2021 - 2025) to implement Component Projects No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 under Program 1719.

This Resolution was passed by the 10th Provincial People's Council, 10th Special Session on October 10, 2023 and takes effect from the date of passage.
