Temporary adjustment of traffic plan on 2 sections of Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway

Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) has just adjusted the traffic organization plan for two sections on the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway, to serve the construction of phase 3 of the Phu Thu intersection investment project and connecting road in Tien Hiep commune, Ninh Binh province.

Accordingly, vehicles from Hanoi going south to Km225+950 on the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh route will continue straight through Phu Thu tunnel. Then, vehicles will follow the highway signs, the rest stop at Km226+880 and the road markings.

In case of needing to turn into a rest stop, the vehicle must follow the road signs to turn right. If not turning into a rest stop, the vehicle must follow the signs and road markings to continue going straight on the highway towards Ninh Binh .

For vehicles traveling from Ninh Binh to Hanoi, when reaching Km227+400, vehicles needing to turn into the rest stop will follow the road signs and road markings to turn right. If not turning into the rest stop, the vehicle will continue straight on the highway, pass Km227+300 and go through Phu Thu tunnel towards Hanoi.

Vietnam Expressway Corporation recommends that vehicles approaching the Phu Thu intersection project area reduce their speed according to the regulations on road signs, and the section passing through the project area must not exceed 60km/hour.

The temporary traffic organization plan will be implemented from July 26. Vehicles traveling on the route, when encountering problems or discovering unusual events, can contact the hotline 1900.1838 (24/7).
