According to statistics from the Department of Culture and Information of Nghi Son town, during the 5-day holiday from April 27 to May 1, tourist areas and spots in the town welcomed 86,700 tourists.

The rice cooking competition at Hai Hoa Beach Tourist Area attracted many tourists and people to attend.

Immediately after the Opening Ceremony of Nghi Son Sea Tourism 2024 held on the evening of April 26 with the theme "Nghi Son Pearl Sea - Aspiration to Reach Far", from April 27, the tourist area welcomed a large number of tourists to visit, relax, swim and participate in cultural activities, traditional folk games such as: Performance of rice cooking competition, performance of "Gia hau co be thuong ngan"; Men's volleyball tournament and participation in the Fair to display, promote and introduce OCOP products at Hai Hoa Sea Tourism Area organized by the town.

Tourists come to Hai Hoa beach resort during the holidays.

Along with that, tourist areas and spots such as Bai Dong Tourist Area, Anh Phat Tourist Area and spiritual tourist spots such as: Hoang Quoc Cong Dao Duy Tu Temple, King Quang Trung Temple, Lach Bang Temple, Dot Tien Pagoda, Am Cac Pagoda... also welcome many tourists to worship, visit and sightsee.

It is known that, in order to prepare conditions to welcome tourists in the Nghi Son sea tourism season in 2024, the town has focused on directing the good performance of State management of tourism, thereby contributing to building the Hai Hoa sea tourism area "Safe, friendly, attractive" for tourists, while strengthening the management of business activities in the tourist area, strictly handling cases of encroachment on roadsides, and street vendors that spoil the beauty of the tourist area. The town has also established an inspection team to inspect the compliance with legal regulations on ensuring food hygiene and safety at restaurants and hotels in tourist areas.

Tourists and people join in cheering for the Men's Volleyball Tournament to celebrate the Nghi Son Sea Tourism Festival 2024.

In addition, the town also requires tourist accommodation establishments to do a good job of environmental sanitation and arrange parking areas to serve tourists when they come to visit, relax, and swim at tourist areas and spots in the town.

Currently, Nghi Son town has nearly 120 accommodation establishments, including many 3-star and 4-star hotels. The town's goal by 2025 is to have 150 tourist accommodation establishments, of which 10% are ranked 3-4 stars, with 75% of its workers trained in tourism; to build domestic tours associated with tours and tourist routes inside and outside the province; to promote the culture, nature and people of Nghi Son, aiming to develop tourism in a civilized, professional and modern direction, attracting many large and key tourism projects.
