During the past term, the Youth Union and youth movement in the Brigade have achieved many outstanding results. Youth Union organizations regularly innovate the content and forms of activities, closely linking political and ideological education with training the mettle and moral qualities of union members. Revolutionary action movements have been widely deployed such as: "Creative Youth"; "Volunteer Youth"; "Forging virtue, training talent, being proactive, creative, determined to win"; the model "Pioneer Youth Union 5", "Proactive Youth Union 3"...

Delegates discussed enthusiastically and democratically, contributing many ideas to the direction, goals, and tasks of the union work and youth movement for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress determined the motto of action: "The youth of Brigade 675 are brave, intelligent, proactive, creative, building a strong and comprehensive unit, excellently completing all assigned tasks".

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Nguyen Duy Long, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Brigade 675, praised the achievements of the Brigade's youth in the past term, and at the same time requested that the youth organizations and cadres and members continue to thoroughly grasp and implement the resolutions of the Party Committees at all levels and the tasks of the unit, constantly innovate the content and methods of operation; focus on education , training, building political mettle and high determination for youth members, especially in the conditions of the unit moving to a new station. Youth organizations at all levels must promote their pioneering and creative roles, actively participate in building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" unit.

With a sense of responsibility, solidarity and intelligence, the congress elected the Executive Committee of the 675th Brigade's Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term, and elected the secretary and deputy secretary of the Youth Union with a high number of votes of confidence.
