Supervisory delegation 1521 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee worked with businesses in the province

On September 27, the 1521st Supervisory Delegation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, headed by Mr. Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, had a working session with the Provincial Business Association, the Young Entrepreneurs Association and Post and Telecommunications Enterprises in the province on the implementation of digital transformation (DCT) in the past time. The delegation included Mr. Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial DCT Executive Board.

After 2 years of implementing Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU on digital transformation for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030, enterprises in the province have actively participated and effectively deployed digital transformation in production and business activities. Up to now, 100% of members of the Provincial Business Association and the Young Entrepreneurs Association have switched to using electronic invoices; 100% of enterprises exchange work through Zalo, Facebook, Viber websites; about 20% of enterprises have created online accounts and processed documents through the Provincial Public Administration Center; some enterprises have initially implemented electronic contract signing... Thereby, contributing to saving printing costs, labor, and document storage by 30-40% and saving travel costs by up to 80%.

In his concluding remarks, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged the efforts of enterprises in the province in the process of implementing digital transformation. In order to promote digital transformation in enterprises, in the coming time, he requested enterprises to continuously update new and modern technologies to serve production and business needs to promote growth, enhance competitiveness, expand consumption markets and retain customers. Enterprises and the province coordinate to build shared data platforms to support and exploit in order to optimize resources, reduce intermediaries, improve productivity, quality and efficiency of production and business. In particular, telecommunications enterprises need to focus on researching and developing high-quality, advanced and modern digital platforms and services that are suitable for the digital transformation needs of enterprises. Focus on security solutions, ensuring safety and security of information and data of enterprises participating in digital transformation. Quickly complete the support mechanism for enterprises to implement digital transformation, contributing to the socio -economic development of the province.
