Dialogue between the Party Executive Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy and the young generation of the Thanh Hoa Procuracy

To practically celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024), on the occasion of Youth Month, on the morning of March 18, the Party Executive Committee and the leadership of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Procuracy organized a dialogue conference between the Party Executive Committee and the leadership of the Provincial People's Procuracy with the young generation of the Thanh Hoa Procuracy. Comrade Le Van Dong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Executive Committee, Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy attended and directed the conference.

Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of provincial departments, agencies and branches; comrades in the Party Executive Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy, heads of departments, deputy heads of departments and all prosecutors and civil servants of the Provincial People's Procuracy. The conference was connected online to 27 bridge points of the District, Town and City People's Procuracy.

The dialogue between the Party Executive Committee, the leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy and the young generation of the Thanh Hoa Procuracy took place in a democratic and open spirit, revolving around issues such as: Actively performing the function of practicing the right to prosecute and supervise judicial activities; improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the procuracy work. Promoting the role of vanguard, volunteering, and creativity in building and protecting the Fatherland, contributing to the successful completion of political tasks and building the Party Committee, Party cells, and building a clean and strong industry.

Actively implement the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee of the 11th and 12th terms; Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the Party Central Committee (13th term) "On promoting the building and rectification of the Party and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, and manifested "self-evolution" and "self-transformation". Actively follow the ideology, ethics, and lifestyle of Ho Chi Minh and Uncle Ho's teachings on prosecutors "fair, upright, objective, cautious, and modest", associated with the campaign to build a team of cadres and prosecutors "firm in politics, good at professional skills, proficient in law, impartial and courageous, disciplined and responsible". Actively participate in the digital transformation of the prosecution industry.

With the motto "Courage, intelligence - Solidarity, innovation - Aspiration, dedication", the Party Executive Committee and leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy discussed and answered a number of questions from the young generation of the Thanh Hoa Procuracy sector to grasp the situation, aspirations and orientations for the activities of the Youth Union of the People's Procuracy at two levels. Thereby, thoroughly grasping and educating political ideology for union members and youth; at the same time, removing difficulties and obstacles for union organizations, union members and youth to participate in monitoring, criticizing and giving opinions to Party committees at all levels in performing political and professional tasks, contributing to building the Party, building clean and strong agencies and units.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy Le Van Dong praised and acknowledged the achievements of the Provincial People's Procuracy Youth Union and all the union members and young civil servants of the two-level Procuracy in the past time, contributing to the overall achievements of the Thanh Hoa Procuracy. He praised the sense of responsibility of the union members and young civil servants who are ready to take the lead in doing difficult tasks, taking on tasks in difficult and arduous places in the hope of learning, improving their knowledge and training, striving to mature.

To promote the achievements gained in the past time, to meet the requirements in the new situation, he requested that young union members and civil servants first of all continue to promote the enthusiasm of youth, must dare to think, dare to do, not expect or rely on others; in work, not only think about big things but also from small daily tasks, must work seriously, be open-minded, actively study and research, cultivate revolutionary ethics and professional skills. Each young union member and civil servant of the Thanh Hoa procuracy needs to determine their own responsibilities to themselves and to the industry, build professional pride and love for the People's Procuracy.

On this occasion, the representative of the Provincial People's Procuracy presented flowers to congratulate the representatives of the young generation of the Thanh Hoa Procuracy and awarded Certificates of Merit to the members with outstanding achievements. Collectives and individuals were awarded Emulation Flags, Certificates of Merit, and Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Youth Union, the Youth Union of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises.
