Temporary closure of Ca Mau Airport from October 30, 2025 to October 31, 2026.
The project to expand and upgrade Ca Mau Airport has an investment capital of about 2,400 billion VND, with Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) as the investor. When completed, it will ensure the operation of A320, A321 aircraft and equivalent, creating a driving force for economic , cultural and social development, while ensuring national security and defense of Ca Mau province and the region.
ACV said it will direct the contractor to speed up progress and shorten construction time to put Ca Mau Airport back into operation soon, minimizing the impact on the local socio-economy.
