The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has been widely deployed and spread in life, associated with campaigns that have contributed to improving the cultural and spiritual life of the people, creating a vibrant and widespread competitive atmosphere, motivating all classes of people to participate in economic - cultural - social development, building an increasingly rich and beautiful homeland.

Dao people in Quyet Tien area, Dich Qua commune, Thanh Son district perform Bell Dance and Turtle Dance - typical features of Dao ethnic culture.

By 2024, the whole province will have 375,472 families meeting the "Cultural Family" standard, reaching 90.8%; 1,840 areas meeting the "Cultural Residential Area" standard, reaching 79%; 100% of communes, wards and towns have halls that double as cultural houses and community learning centers; 95% of weddings and funerals will practice civilized lifestyles.

As a district with a large number of ethnic minorities, Thanh Son district focuses on directing the continued promotion of the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" associated with the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", implementing the Project to continue preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the Muong ethnic group and other ethnic minorities in the district in the period of 2021-2025. During the year, 40 residential cultural houses were built, upgraded and repaired with a total cost of nearly 20 billion VND. 90.5% of families achieved cultural families, 88.2% of residential areas achieved cultural families. Maintained and improved the quality of activities of 185 cultural and artistic clubs; organized the Festival of cultural and artistic clubs in the district to contribute to improving the spiritual life of the people.

Head of the Front Work Committee of Quyet Tien area, Ho Thi Phu, shared: Thanks to the good implementation of the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", the people in the area always unite to build a cultural life, well implement the conventions and covenants of the community, practice a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals, and festivals. Households have well implemented the model of self-managed residential areas on the environment, built a bright - green - clean - beautiful environmental landscape; actively participated in the Dao Ethnic Culture Preservation Club, the Arts and Culture Club, the Folk Dance Club, and the Volleyball Club, contributing to improving cultural and spiritual life. In 2024, the area had 97/99 families achieving the title of Cultural Family, of which 3 households achieved the title of Cultural Family for 3 consecutive years.

In Tan Son district, the movement to build a cultural life has also been promoted, effectively implementing models of self-managed residential areas in culture, society, security and order protection; self-management in implementing civilized lifestyles, encouraging learning, encouraging talents, preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the community, collecting waste, and protecting the environment. In 2024, the whole district has 84.4% of families achieving "Cultural Family"; 100% of families implementing civilized lifestyles in weddings and funerals; 100% of residential areas building and implementing well the conventions of the community. During the year, 16 new residential area cultural houses were built, 183 cultural and artistic clubs were maintained, the clubs were supported to purchase costumes, props, musical instruments; purchased sound and lighting equipment to meet the training and performance needs of the communal and residential area art teams, helping to improve the cultural and spiritual life of the people. By participating in cultural and artistic clubs, people actively preserve and promote the cultural identity of their nation.

The movement, which has been supported by the people, has contributed to building a healthy cultural environment, creating positive changes in social life; preserving and promoting the nation's fine traditional cultural values, practicing a civilized lifestyle, building new rural areas and civilized urban areas.
