Dong Nai tightens management to prevent 'price inflation' that disrupts the real estate market

Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee - Vo Tan Duc has just sent a document to the Department of Construction and related units on the implementation of strengthening the management and control of real estate price fluctuations in the province.

"It is necessary to strictly manage the construction of houses for people in land use right business projects with technical infrastructure in the form of dividing plots and selling land according to the provisions of law. Avoid the situation where people leave land empty, carry out speculative acts, buy and sell, "inflate prices" causing disturbances in real estate market information", the Chairman of Dong Nai directed.

The Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant units to implement and strengthen the management and control of real estate price fluctuations in the area.

The document clearly states that, in order to remove obstacles and promote the safe, healthy and sustainable development of the real estate market, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to organize inspections and reviews of real estate business activities of enterprises, investors, real estate trading floors and real estate brokers in the area.

Regularly inspect, examine and handle violations of the law on real estate business and other relevant laws (if any) according to authority.

Dong Nai province leaders requested that functional forces strictly handle cases of violations of legal regulations in land use rights auctions.

The Department of Construction and local authorities are responsible for organizing the public announcement of information on the real estate market. At the same time, they must announce information to agencies, organizations and people to clearly understand the housing development program and plan as well as land use planning and plans... to ensure transparency of market information and prevent fraud, deception and scams in real estate business.

The Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Provincial Police, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Department of Finance to, based on their assigned functions and tasks, review land use rights auction organizations in the area to ensure compliance with the law, publicity, and transparency.

"Strictly handle violations of legal regulations in land use rights auctions, prevent acts of taking advantage of land use rights auctions for personal gain, causing market disruption," the Chairman of Dong Nai emphasized.

In addition, the Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committees of districts and cities to coordinate with the Department of Construction, Natural Resources and Environment and related units to organize inspections and grasp the situation.

Clarifying the causes of price fluctuations of each type of real estate such as apartments, individual houses, and residential land in the area in the recent period. Relevant units proactively propose regulatory measures to ensure the market develops stably, healthily, and sustainably.
